In 1840, Léon Bouley started a mustard factory in Beaune, France. In 1928 Paul Chateau added
vinegar pickles and relishes to the product line.
Under Edmond
Fallot
the business reached a new level.
Taking over the mill from Paul Chateau in 1928, Fallot managed to instil a new lease of life into
the business. Today, the business and product line rightfully bear his name.
The business focus is still on mustard. However, the pickles are so good that we must place them here.
